One-on-one ABA therapy

Our behavior analysts develop individualized programs and treatment plans for each child. Goals and objectives are derived from these programs, and behavior technicians work directly with the clients 1:1 implementing these goals.

Parent training

Parent involvement is at the forefront of our model. Parents will receive training from a Supervisor or  Board Certified Behavior Analyst, focusing on the individual needs of the child.

Enriching your child’s journey

At Grow ABA, our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (“BCBAs”) use the science of Applied Behavior Analysis to change behavior.
  • Following the results of an initial assessment, we create unique, individualized programs for each child.
  • We focus on manipulating the environment to change behavior. 
  • Our primary goal is to teach children to communicate their wants and needs and to increase socially appropriate behaviors.
  • Our BCBAs train and supervise behavior technicians and paraprofessionals on the principles of ABA and how to apply them in a controlled environment.
  • Grow ABA features a 1:1 technician to child ratio. The number of hours your child receives is individualized and based on assessment findings.
