Our mission is to enrich the lives of neurodivergent children and their families by utilizing evidence-based, data-driven techniques to teach new skills and decrease problem behaviors.

BCBA / Clinical Supervisor

This role will work under the supervision of the Clinical Director and will develop and ensure the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Development of functional behavior assessments
Parent interviews
Parent training
Training and feedback for behavior technicians
Data analysis and progress reports

Must haves:

Masters degree
Board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
Reliable transportation: driver’s license and proof of car insurance

Part-time Behavior Technician

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Providing 1:1 in-home (or school/community) behavioral intervention in accordance with the treatment plan
Documenting progress notes/data

Must haves:

Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation: driver’s license and proof of car insurance
Highschool diploma
Experience in ABA (applied behavior analysis) is preferred

We will provide training!

Full-time Behavior Technician
